Driven by a belief in lifelong learning and personal growth, Grace unveiled "Rooted." in collaboration with The Gallery in the Valley during the fall of 2023. This project delves into the profound connection with the plant community through visual meditation and hands-on interaction with the surrounding world. The book, which features a collection of images, recipes, and writings, reflects years of harmonious living with the land. Some recipes are intentionally less intricate, as they are meant as jumping off points for connecting more deeply with the reader's food and themselves.

In addition to her cookbook, Grace orchestrated an immersive seven-course dinner, showcasing an innovative menu cultivated and prepared by her. Chlovia Loomis helped to serve the dinner to an intimate group of people.
